Just a few kilometres from Verona, in the hills of the Valpantena valley, this is not a purpose-built venue but a historic family home, still lived in and cared for by the family, opening its doors to couples who want somewhere truly personal.
You could say your vows in the gardens, as Villa Pellegrini is officially recognised as a municipal wedding venue, so legally binding civil ceremonies can take place on the property. Symbolic ceremonies are equally welcome. Choose between the main garden, the entrance lawn and the intimate inner garden, then share the moment with your guests on the panoramic terrace, looking out over vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills. On particularly clear days, the view stretches all the way to the Apennine Mountains.
As the celebration moves on, the historic reception rooms on the first floor and the atmospheric former wine cellar offer settings for different moments of the day, and an elegant alternative if the weather turns.
The whole property is reserved exclusively for your wedding, with up to 160 guests including children and no other events at the same time. There are no fixed packages or compulsory suppliers, so the day can be shaped entirely around you, with personal help available in choosing and coordinating trusted local professionals. Three guest rooms sleep up to eight people on site, and more accommodation is available at nearby properties.
For couples who would rather marry in a genuine Italian family home than a traditional venue, surrounded by history, water and gardens, Villa Pellegrini is something increasingly rare.
From €4,500 for venue hire, including exclusive use of the property and the agreed event spaces, utilities, cleaning and parking assistance. Catering, accommodation and additional services are arranged separately. There are no fixed wedding packages, as the final fee depends on the date, duration, spaces required and the arrangements for each celebration. Guests are not required to stay overnight. Accommodation bookings have a minimum stay of one night for wedding celebrations.
