BelleVenue is operated by Mats Lacavalerie, Nonnegata 4, Trondheim, Norway, as a private individual (no registered company at this time). BelleVenue is a free introduction service. We connect couples planning a wedding or celebration with independently owned château and domaine venues. We are not a booking agent, travel agent, or party to any contract between a couple and a venue owner, and we do not process payments or take commission on bookings made as a result of an introduction.
You may browse venue listings and submit enquiries free of charge. You agree to provide accurate contact information when submitting an enquiry or a venue listing, and not to use the site to send spam, unlawful, or misleading content.
When you send an enquiry, we pass your message to the relevant venue owner so they can respond to you directly. From that point, any conversation, contract, deposit, or booking is strictly between you and the venue owner. BelleVenue is not responsible for the accuracy of venue listings, the conduct of venue owners, or the outcome of any booking.
Venue owners who submit a listing confirm that they have the right to represent the venue and that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge. We reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove a listing at our discretion — including temporarily deactivating a listing — without affecting any other rights either party may have.
The site and its listings are provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that any venue is available, that pricing shown is current, or that an introduction will result in a successful booking.
To the extent permitted by law, BelleVenue is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your communication with a venue owner, or any booking or event arranged as a result of an introduction made through the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, as BelleVenue is operated from Norway. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Trøndelag District Court (Trondheim) as the agreed venue.
