Casa Cornacchi
A 16th-century estate in Tuscany's Val d'Ambra
About this venue
Originally built in the late 1500s as a lookout tower, Casa Cornacchi has been lovingly restored into an entire country estate for weddings, set in the picturesque Val d'Ambra between Siena and Arezzo, in the heart of Tuscany. Surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards, it's a place where authentic Tuscan character meets modern comfort - and with over 1,600 weddings delivered across two decades, a team who has genuinely seen it all.
The estate unfolds across a series of distinct spaces: exchange vows on the intimate Poolside Terrace beside the shimmering infinity pool, gather in the historic Cornacchi Square with its cobbled stone paths and ancient walls, or dine as the sun sets over the valley from the panoramic Tower Garden or the fully adaptable Bellavista Terrace. For something more playful, the cypress-framed Pizza Court and the newly added, intimate Greenhouse offer two more distinctive settings to explore.
Most of the cuisine served comes straight from the estate's own farm, reflecting a genuine "farm to fork" philosophy and a warm, informal countryside character couples and guests love.
Casa Cornacchi sleeps guests across 25 on-site rooms, with additional off-site villas a short drive away for larger parties, and welcomes celebrations of 40 to 120 guests. Centrally located in Tuscany, it's within easy reach of Florence, Pisa, Rome, Bologna and Perugia airports, making it simple for guests to arrive from anywhere - and every booking includes a complimentary two-night planning stay for two ahead of the big day.
Exclusive use of the entire estate, its on-site villas and facilities, daily breakfast, use of all gardens and grounds, standard equipment for the ceremony and meals, parking, VAT/service tax, and a complimentary 2-night pre-wedding planning stay for two.
